RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.melisseandco.com

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the Shipped Date.

2. All store purchases may only be returned to Melisse & Co. Online.
We do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges.

3. Any merchandise that is returned to our distribution center is inspected by our warehouse team and refunded accordingly with our return policy.

4. Return shipping is non-refundable.

LIMITATION
1. Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Sports bra, Body suit, Swimwear,
Undergarments Including Socks cannot be returned.

2. Items marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

3. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
1. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date. Please log into your account to create a return or contact our Customer Support Team over email – info@melisseandco.com to initiate a Return.

2. To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason while initiating return. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.

3. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Log into your account.

2. Go to My orders, Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.

3. Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be
credited.

4. Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit
button.

5. You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.

6. Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In the
extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a
reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your
area.

7. A maximum amount would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the
form of Melisse & Co. Credits.

REFUNDS
1. Once the product is at our warehouse, we will refund the money or issue Melisse & Co. Credits, as per your preferred choice.

2. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

3. For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders you will be prompted to fill in your Bank Account Details while creating the return request. You are requested to fill complete and correct details for faster processing.

4. Melisse & Co. Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from MelisseandCo.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.

5. For orders placed using Melisse & Co. Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Melisse & Co. Credits account only.

6. Any Melisse & Co. Credits / cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.

7. Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.

8. Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
1. Melisse & Co. will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

2. Refund/Melisse & Co. Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.

3. Melisse & Co. Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.

4. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.

5. Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: Melisse & Co., 22365 El Toro Rd Lake Forest, CA 92630.

6. Please mention return Id on the packet.Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
